Starting in February, both Chris & Rosanna will be taking on Mums n Bubs yoga and fitness classes. Baby Hunter will of course be booked in, and we’re ready to bring what we’ve learned from training to all the new parents.
Classes incorporate just the right practices to heal, rest and recover whilst also building pelvic floor strength to get back into fitness. Amongst the usual yoga props, we will use light weights and resistance bands. You might just find Bub (and you) sleep a whole lot better from these classes!
– Mondays 11am (starting 7th Feb); and
– Fridays 10.30am (starting 4th Feb)
