After attending her very first yoga class in 1998, Ali established a regular Ashtanga Yoga practice soon after, reaping the enormous benefits of the yogic path that she believes she is always learning from. Returning to yoga after a period of reflection and relaxation, Ali had found that time had to come to fulfil her yoga teacher destiny. She completed the Level 1 & Level 2 Teacher Training under the expert tutelage of Dr Monica Gauci and Gregor Maehle, also completing the 8 Limbs Mentorship program under Carmela Lacey. Attending workshops regularly to deepen her knowledge, Ali loves to teach Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama and meditation practices, relishing in the joy that comes from working with students of all levels. Beyond yoga, she is a dancer, dog lover and swimmer.
