Yoga Teacher
Chelsea is passionate about sharing yoga as a practice of connection, presence, and self-discovery.
Her teaching blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and intentional sequencing to support both physical strength and mental balance. Her classes often weave in elements of yoga philosophy, encouraging students to move with purpose, compassion, and self-awareness. Chelsea believes yoga extends far beyond the mat, helping us feel more grounded, balanced, and connected in everyday life.
Alongside yoga, Chelsea is a competitive ballroom dancer who competes throughout Australia and internationally.
Her love of movement is also reflected in her studies in Graphic Design, where she combines creativity, storytelling and visual expression. She is drawn to the arts in all forms, finding inspiration in movement, design and everyday moments that spark emotion and meaning.
Chelsea’s aim as a teacher is to create a welcoming space where students can reconnect with themselves and leave feeling empowered, balanced, and refreshed. At Bodyscape, you can find her teaching on Saturday mornings – Extreme Stretch at 8:00am and Vinyasa Flow at 9:15am.
