Bubs and Me (REGULAR CLASS)

Every Tuesday 10.30am

Now your baby has arrived into the world, yoga is a great way to support yourself and connect with your baby. Enjoy a yoga practice involving your baby and with others at the same life stage. This 75 minute class offers:

  • a welcome circle
  • movement and breathing exercises for you and your baby
  • gentle stretches and fun songs
  • time for relaxation and connection

Pause to feed or care for baby at any time in a supportive space, and stay for a cup of tea. Bring a blanket for your baby to lie on and their favourite toys. Yoga mats are provided complimentary with this course.

Suitable for babies aged from 6 weeks to pre-crawlers.

Mums and birthing parents, please get expert advice from a health professional before starting, continuing or returning to physical activity.

Beginners, Mums, birthing parents, Dads, partners, grandparents or caregivers are welcome.

Prenatal Yoga (REGULAR CLASS)

Every Saturday 10.30am

Support your changing body and prepare for birth and parenthood with prenatal yoga. Learn to use yoga props including blocks, bolsters and straps to find comfort and modifications in your yoga practice.

With like-minded mums (and mums-to-be) you will be creating a community of support. Beginners welcome from 13 weeks of pregnancy. Please get expert advice from a health professional if it is suitable for you to participate in prenatal yoga. Yoga mats are provided complimentary.

Kids Yoga

Mother's Day Restorative Yoga and Massage

Sunday 10th May 2026, 9.15am-10.30am

It’s that time of year again where we have our annual Mother’s Day Special Yoga Event.

This year we treat you to Restorative Yoga & Massage where yoga teacher Rachael Berry and in-house wellness therapist Lucia have just over one hour to nurture you.

For all types of Mums, adoptive Mums, dads who fill the role of mother and grandmas. You are most welcome to celebrate Mother’s Day with us and bring your partners and kids too.

Rachael will lead the Restorative Yoga – a gentle practice. Props are utilised and every posture is supported with time to bring about relaxation. Lucia will provide hands on massage therapy during the entire practice, focusing particularly on areas such as the head, neck, shoulders and feet.

Come and celebrate the special mother figure in your life with this gift of yoga and massage.

Each participant requires one ticket.

Yoga Foundations

Saturday 2nd May 2026, 1-3pm

Step confidently onto the mat with Bodyscape Teacher Cherry Pearce, a workshop designed for students finding their feet (and toes) in yoga.

Explore proper alignment, understand the purpose behind each movement and emphasise mindful transitions. You’ll learn how to adapt poses safely and effectively using yoga props like blocks and straps ensuring that your practice feels supportive and accessible.

Whether you’re new to yoga or returning after a break, this workshop will help you cultivate body awareness, confidence and a deeper understanding of how to practice in a way that protects your joints and promotes long-term wellness.
