This year for International Women’s Day, we are holding a special evening to celebrate women. Held by Bodyscape teachers, Cherry and Diana, immerse yourself in the diversity that both teachers bring to the mat. There are 4 components to this 90 minute event:

– Breathwork

– Slow Flow

– Sound Healing

– Meditation

 

This is for all of you out there, to feel a sense of belonging, relevance and empowerment. So come as you are, or bring your friends and make an night of it. When we inspire others to understand and value women’s inclusion, we forge a better world.
