In this 90 minute workshop, Rosanna will teach you the correct techniques for:
– Chaturanga dandasana (low push up)
– Gentle backbends
– Childs pose
– How do I OM?
You will be taken through a ‘Vinyasa Flow’ with a focus on the fundamentals that you will practice in almost every yoga class. From there, we workshop all that you’ve wanted to know. How to modify for your body, including the best way to use props (think blocks, bolsters and blankets) helping you to progress, improve your mobility and strengthen your body. Q&A are welcome.
Rosanna brings about 10 years of teaching experience. Her movement journey includes classical ballet, martial arts and training with Chris Wilson Fitness Studio. In yoga, her practice began with Vinyasa, then into Bikram and back again to Power Yoga. In addition to her training obtained through Radiantly Alive in Bali, Laughing Lotus NYC, Mindful Birth for Pregnancy Yoga, Post Natal Yoga and Yoga for Active Birth, Rosanna has become attuned as a Reiki Level 1 practitioner. Her varied background is weaved into each and every one of her classes.
