Support your changing body and prepare for birth and parenthood with prenatal yoga. Learn to use yoga props including blocks, bolsters and straps to find comfort and modifications in your yoga practice.
With like-minded mums (and mums-to-be) you will be creating a community of support. Beginners welcome from 13 weeks of pregnancy. Please get expert advice from a health professional if it is suitable for you to participate in prenatal yoga. Yoga mats are provided complimentary with this course.
