Rachael Berry

Yoga Teacher

With over 10 years of teaching experience, Rach is a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher.

Her journey began with a deep love for the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga, and has since evolved into a lifelong commitment to sharing these gifts with others.

 

Rach's teaching style is very warm, inclusive, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.

Her classes blend traditional yoga principles with modern insights and adaptations, ensuring a safe, challenging, and transformative experience for all.

 

She has taught over 500 prenatal classes over the last 9 years, supporting ladies through all stages of pregnancy.

Through her teaching, Rach aims to empower students to cultivate greater awareness, self-acceptance, and inner peace – both on and off the mat.

Rach enjoys spending time at the dog beach with her family and retreating to the sauna when not teaching. At Bodyscape, you’ll see Rachael on Tuesday and Sunday evenings teaching Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
